Would you be offended by a mother breast-feeding in public?
That's the latest poll on CNN.com. Just thought you should know - I feel like it says something odd about the state of our world today. Or maybe just something odd about CNN (bleedin' anti semitim that they are).

Hi, sorry I've been gone so long.
CNN stinks. When I came back from Israel and saw how they were covering the poor poor people of southern Leb. who support Hezbollah by keeping rockets in their houses and sheltering terrorists in their apartment buildings, I just about wanted to puke. Its too bad they are suffering as much as they are, but that's the natural consequence of their decision to actively support a violent terrorist organization. CNN didn't say a word about the 1 million Israelis living in bomb shelters or having to flee. I'll never watch that channel again, even if the good folks at Jew.York.City., as wonderful as they are, recommend it.
u 4 absolute weirdos that write this blog think u are so hip, but u are so not!!!
Just thought i would break it to you gently, so you can start picking up the pieces nice and slowly :)
What were the results of this poll? The NY Post did something last year with a woman nursing in Central Park and at different spots around the city. Apparently people don't pay attention to their surroundings and many people did not notice.
It doesn’t offend me at all. People who are offended should get over it, as it is hard enough to take care of an infant without people placing restrictions on where a woman can breastfeed her child.
If anyone should happen to be in New Jersey, the law there protects public breastfeeding. Below is a link to the statute. However, only the local board of health can enforce the action, it does not create a private right of action.
